I had the worst experience at this, as well as other, sport clips I’ve been to. Here particularly the stylists were very rude and gossipy, and the environment seemed very toxic. The first time I went an old lady cut my hair and absolutely destroyed it, very choppy with missed spots and my neck line was way too high up, I went home and had to buzz my own head. She treated me like a dumb kid even though I’m a full grown man and seemed like she’d never cut hair before. Second try was this young woman who was very cocky and didn’t really listen to what I asked for, and then she seemed very uninterested in the conversation even though she started it. She started gossiping about other employees with this blonde lady who was apparently the manager who was just sitting on her phone and not taking any haircuts even though the wait list was very long, and when I tipped her I saw her roll her eyes when she thought I couldn’t see and before I was out the door I could hear her talking about me. If I could give zero stars I would.

So I have been to this (and other locations) many times, I have always had a great experience and been more than satisfied with my hair cuts. However this time not so much, I have only 2 days off a week, Sunday and a random day, now they are closed on Sundays, which is fine no big deal, but this leaves me very little time to get everything I need to get done, I scheduled my appointment with the app and it said I would be in at 4:53, so I moved a few things around and done, I show up 5 min before, and look at the board and there is 1 person ahead of me, cool, they have 3 stylist and 2 just got back from the shampoo area so I should be back soon, 1 person leaves and the one ahead of me gets pulled back, meanwhile while the other is cleaning her area a guy that was sitting there went back to what I’m assuming is the bathroom when he walked back he talked to the stylist, sat in her chair and she started working on his hair. Now if this was for like a quick touch up, fine 5 min that works, but no after 15 they were still there. I got up and left, if your going to have an app to schedule appointments and not go with your appointments, what’s the f-ing point? Anyway I’m probably not coming back. Great haircuts, but not worth that bs.

I have a son who has temper issues. The MVP treatment took his stress right out of him and he talked about how much he enjoyed getting it done the entire ride home. I told him I’d take him back anytime he has a bad day and needs to relax. I was converted to sport clips about a year ago because of the idea that they have so much experience with guy cuts. Now that they have online check ins, it’s the complete package.
