Wish i could put 0 stars!!! Went there today to have head shaved and beard cleaned up. Told him to leave the length just clean up the strays and shape and told him multiple times to leave as long as possible i want my length. Well now i went from a beard that was about 10″-12″ long to one that is about 1″-1.5″. Beard to neck line jacked up, one side is shorter than the other so now im lop sided, same with around the mustache, left hairs over 1 ear and on front of neck. Called and he answered and of corse im mad and letting him know. He starts getting loud at me and was offering to have me come back and he will fix it, i replied that i was not sure if i wanted him to fix it since he already jacked me all up. His response was good i really didnt want to fix and deal with you and hung up on me.

I’ve been growing my hair for 6-7 years to donate to wigs for kids. The website has instructions for how they would like the hair to be braided and tied up that I printed and handed to Janice before my cut. She proceeded to read them say no problem then completely ignore the instructions making the hair unable to be used. Will never come back again and will gladly drive the hour and a half to go the recommended stylist for wigs for kids next time.

My hair hadn’t been cut in over four months. I showed Rachel a picture and she promptly whipped out her clippers and scared the hell outta me. I’ve never had my hair cut with clippers. I sat quietly with my eyes closed and lo and behold the end product looked just right. She gave me some great haircare advice I’ll probably never follow cuz I don’t care quite enough ( hence the 4 months between cuts). Great conversation and superb haircut. Rachel at sports clips gives awesome haircuts. She is friendly happy and fun. For the last 2 years she has been the only person I’ve allowed to cut my hair and she always does a great job. When she cuts your hair you never have the feeling that she’s just trying to get you finished so she can get to the next CLIENT.
