I recently learned that women can get cuts here, too, so I went and had a great experience with Brittany. I saw that you can pretty much trust that you will get a great cut by anyone at this location, so I felt pretty confident. I paid for the VIP experience that includes a shampoo, head, and neck massage and think that it was worth it for the price. I would highly recommend going here and definitely will be returning. I was referred to give Sports Clips a try: Being that I’m new to the area. And it was THE MOST discraceful, discriminative, unconfortable, disrespectful and unprofessional experience I have ever had my son witness. After giving my son a terrible uneven edgeup. Some woman named AMBER or KAREN get disrespectful with me after me advising her that the edge is uneven: To fix/even the edge up. She began to tell me that ONLY Middle Aged white men come into the establishment to receive services. At that point I felt she was clearly racist. I told her if she didn’t know how to cut my son hair; she could of told me and I would of went somewhere that does. Never would I think that a “Licensed Barber” is ONLY trained to cut the hair of caucasian men. She doubled down on her comments by continuing to tell me that, she’s trained to “FAKE IT UNTIL SHE MAKES IT” . I then asked for the owner of the shop. information to contact him or her directly. I was denied. So instead of make a scene with my children watching and my son clearly said about how this woman intentionally unevenly cut my son’s hair. It’s sad that we’re in the year 2023 and a black man can take his son into a Barber Shop of different ethnicity without being subliminally told that “they” don’t cut my/my son’s kind of hairstyle ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️

I drive 20+ miles and over 30 minutes to get to this Sports Clips for every haircut. Everyone at this Sports Clips does a great job and i know they all have regular, returning clients bc every time I’m there I hear people asking to wait for “their” stylist. Mine personally is Dory, who I’ve been seeing since she worked in the Oviedo location. I honestly can’t explain exactly what it is, all I know is it that it never fails… if I go to Dory, I’ll have a ton of people tell me they like my haircut. The couple times I’ve strayed, no compliments. Not one. Not even my Mom. She’s just really good at men’s cuts and definitely worth the travel time, tolls, and gas.

Just moved to Lake Mary from South Florida and needed a haircut and searched for a men’s hair cuttery. Luckily, happily I found Sport Clips in Sanford. Friendly, welcoming environment and professional and nice stylist, Brittany. Got a perfect trim and beard touch up. Then a relaxing shampoo in a vibrating chair, complete with hot face towel. Plus, a shoulder and neck vibration massage to top it off! The price was refreshingly reasonable too. Be there next month for sure.
