Today was a sad experience with this particular Sports Clips location. Attempted to visit today in honor of Veterans Day. I had a very tight schedule today so I attempted to use the Sports Clips website to check-in ahead of time. After entering my location I was shown the Sandusky store, then when I clicked on it, the website displayed the location as closed. I called the store to confirm they were open, they answered and said yes, however I need to use the website or the app to check in. Since the website was malfunctioning I went to the app. Managed to install the app, login to my account, and check-in. The app said I’d be up in around 28 minutes which was perfect as I had a 20 minute drive to get there. When I arrived to the store I was next in line so I will say the time estimate on the app was damn near perfect. Checked in with the girl at the counter who said I would be called next. About 5 minutes later one of the stylists came forward and said she’d be ready after she cleaned up, however the name she called out was not mine, it was actually the person in spot number 3. Assuming she’d made a mistake or perhaps there was another stylist who was planning to be ready sooner I bit my tongue and continued to wait. No other sylists came forward to call on me or even the person in spot 2. Finally the same girl came back up again and proceeded to call the person in spot 3 even though the persons in spot 1 and 2 were checked in and present. I waited about 5 more minutes to see if someone would show up quickly to get me back so I could get on to my next engagement. After 10 minutes I finally gave up and left the store without my haircut. Long story short, I was next in line when I showed up, waited approximately 25 minutes, had other people get called ahead of me, and never got my haircut. Very disatisfied.
