I check in at at 9:10 ish and my wait time was about an hour. I arrived at sports clips at 10:05 and about a min past before my name was called. I was immediately greeted with a smile and i was introduced to Mrs. Denise Haechten. She looked at my recent haircuts and asked what I would like to do today. She compared my last haircut to what I was trying to get now and was able to explain it in a way I could understand the haircut terms and understand what I was asking for in general. During my haircut she noticed I had bushy eyebrows and she proceeded to trim the hair on my eyebrows. I’ve been to sports clips several times and I’ve always had good service but she went above and beyond several times. Throughout the entire haircut even before I was about to leave she would check each and every spot on my head. Conversation and personality also made this an enjoyable experience where at times I would get distracted and start trailing off on what we were talking about. Thank you for the good conversation and the great haircut Mrs Denise!
