Friendly staff and reasonable prices. The only downside is their online checkin says a time, but when you get there because you were not there, they give your spot up pretty fast. Had an appointment that was in 40 minutes, went there, and it turned into another 40-minute wait because I was not there, and they gave my spot to another person who had just walked in. I was 4 minutes late.

Went there twice since too long of a wait the first time. Manager I believe I heard them call her Destiny something like that is very immature and rude does not need to be in a management position. Stylist I had Cheyenne was great 5 stars for her, super friendly, gave me exactly what I was looking for definitely recommend her to anyone!

I like the haircuts for my son here. Tenaya is a great stylist. My issue is the last 3 haircuts, the price has gone up. What was once $18 for a child’s haircut, which is already high to me, is now $25! I used to tip the stylist but now the price is so high I can’t afford to. What a shame, the company is making the profit right out of the stylists pockets.

To pay $28 on a pathetic excuse for a man’s haircut is ludicrous. My son came home with completely uneven hair. It’s noticeable to any normal person, and the stylist is licensed!?!?!?
