I had a bad experience on your salon! I showed her my old photo about the hair cut i want! She said she can do it! It’s not even close! I ask her if she can do line up on my hair! She said she can do it! Then she just cut it straight!!! With no line up!!! She didn’t do it on the other side! We will never go back to your salon! Such an awful experience!!! And the price of their haircut is expensive especially if they don’t know what they’re doing! You even charge us $10 for the precision haircut??? It’s not precise!!!

Showed them 2 reference photos and they completely ignored them. I wanted some hair left over (I had long hair for a guy which they made sure to point out to me) instead they went to their default of short everywhere with a little on top. Maybe someone handling scissors shouldn’t have the shakes. Overpriced for low quality haircut and customer service. If you have a significant other make sure they watch like a hawk. Went from a 20yr old to a 15yr old in the span of 10 minutes. 10/10 would not recommend. Would have better luck cutting it yourself.
