I’ve been coming there for a couple of years it’s been good lately but the last time I went there I was a bit disappointed. as a customer I wasn’t expecting the barber to complain about the amount of hair to cut. She seemed to want to rush me out the door. It’s the only time I regret tipping as much as I did. But other than this one instance it’s been really good.

They seem to be more interested in appt. Then walk ins.last time I was there they had 3 stylists 2 where booked all morning with apps. The 3 took forever to cut hair. There was 2 of us waiting for 90 mins. If you go check in online or get ready for a long wait.

Every time I enter the store I am greeted along with everyone in the place. The smiles from the workers is so awesome. I have had the pleasure of having Tamara cut my hair for about 4 years now at this location. Felicia cut my hair a few times when Tamara was out and she did an excellent job too! The facilities are clean and maintained well by the ladies. I have brought my son into the store for a cut and he is very particular and not ok with most people touching him. He has allowed 3 of the stylists take care of him and each one has helped him with being able to choose what he wants to do with his hair and also taught him how to maintain the style at home which is awesome. Thank you to all the staff for making my son’s and my haircut experience the best we have had since 2013.

Poor customer service. Not respectful of customers time. Checked in online made it to the location. Checked in at the store. Waited the allotted time made it to on deck. Then they took two other people and my waiting time went to 16 min. Stylist knew I was there waiting didn’t even get an apology or explanation. Poor customer service.
