Whoever said you can “walk-in” lied. You can log in for indeterminate time that fluctuates. Consistently booked all day and usually seems short staffed for that kind of wait times. To add insult to injury as we waited past the projected time given by the app, one of the two hairstylist greets the guy walking in and says thank you for being on time! First off, I was never greeted and second, I am after him, so he is “on time”?? The app showed 12:24 was expected time. Arrived at 12:10, and this guy walks in at 12:40 and gets that! Shame on me for actually coming back to this overpriced place. Plus the massage chairs are garbage.

Language barrier/newish (?) employee made for a frustrating experience. I had to (try to) check in even though I checked in on line. I had to explain several times what I wanted on my little guy (1 on the back and sides, hard part, no fading, and half the length of the top). She kept telling me she was going to fade the sides into the back. I would tell her I didn’t want it faded and she ended up calling someone over to explain it to her. The end result was subpar. It’s uneven and choppy.

This was my first time going to this location the wait time was really short and their online information was very accurate as far as wait time. The young lady that cut my hair did a great job and we had great conversation I got the MVP and she did an excellent job with the hot towel and the massage.

Even though I am not into sports as much as the theme of their brand gives off, it was a pleasant experience. I was able to get a haircut and beard trim with ease during my lunch hour during the workday. There are no reservations like similar places of this kid so it is call ahead (or via the app).
