Very poor experience. I have never had a painful haircut in my life until I came here. Clippers were literally ripping my hair out. The prices are insanely high too. $40 bucks for a men’s haircut? I won’t be back, plenty of other places that are better and way more affordable. Haircut

I’ve come to this location multiple times. I’ve only ever found one stylist who could cut hair well (that’s 1 of 4 tried). Leah is a good stylist, I usually only go when I know she’s there. Recently I needed my hair cut and couldn’t catch a day she was working so I decided to risk whatever stylist was available. I checked in online, and waited over 90 minutes for my suggested arrival time. I got there early, one person was waiting but they hadn’t checked in as they did so after watching me. In spite of the fact that I had been check in online for almost 2 hours, and despite the fact I was next on the board, the next stylist took the other person first. That added 30 minutes to my wait time, and meant I couldn’t get my hair cut that day. I built my afternoon around that appointment, and waited almost 2 hours. What’s the point of online check in if you get bumped by any random walking in off the street. I’m done with Sport Clips for good.

The app said to be here at 11:30 we were here at the time requested. My son didn’t get to a chair for his haircut until 12:10. What’s the point of scheduling time if you can’t be on time, time is just as valuable as money and this has been an ongoing issue here to the point I need to write a review. Sport clips need to be on time for the customers or we will go else where

I have longer hair and went in to get it trimmed as the sides were getting way to long. When I went in, I was pretty specific with what I wanted done. I was told near the end that a small amount of hair had to be removed. After my hair had dried from the wash, the cut on the back of my head was uneven and there was a random strip of hair remaining. I would recommend going to sports clips if you have shorter hair and have a simple style, if your a guy and have long hair, don’t go to sports clips.
