Speaks for itself.Prior to this I had an amazing experience, best style I’ve had and really couldn’t have asked for better.I don’t usually write reviews, but this was pretty bad…I asked to keep the same style but have it shortened in different areas to make it look cleaner and out of my eyes for I’m going to a semi formal winter ball tomorrow..She was really nice. I just don’t understand how it was cut so uneven… she was pretty quick about cutting it especially at first, and buzzed so much of the sides. My hair now is so short on the sides and sticks straight outwards and is flat on the top. My hair is completely uneven with random strands, especially in the front. It looks like it wasn’t styled at all.I cant bring my hair to a middle part either, and my hair was buzzed almost to the top of my head making a square shape on both sides. I don’t have any layering on the sides and also specifically in the back anymore that makes for the style I had before. In the back I also noticed it almost looks like a chunk of my hair was cut off because there’s a gap?I could tell she tried to cover it up with quite a bit of hair cream to make it look better.My scalp also hurts, like it literally hurts when I put my fingers through my hair from razor burn so I’ve put a beanie on.I’m not sure how to fix this and if growing it out might help.Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Bang trimSo yeah. They don’t value your time. To be clear, I don’t mind waiting for service on a busy afternoon, its the fact that they communicated (online and via text) a significantly shorter wait time than what they were able to deliver.

Checked in at 3:30 on the app, the app said be about 58 min wait and I should show up about 4:17, so that’s exactly what I did. As I’m sitting there waiting patiently I noticed a gentleman get up to get a hair cut ( he had looked as though he had a haircut the day before) thinking this would be fast and I would be up soon. Not the case the hair stylist took her time doing a refresher on a guy that didn’t need much hair taken off in the first place (the pile of hair she had trimmed off was no more than the size of a quarter) , sat there and just went on talking while me and a couple other people waited. I didn’t get in to get a hair cut until 5:20. Mind you I did get to sit in the comfort of my home for a while but a extra hour on top of what the app said because a stylist want to sit and gab with her friend. Very disappointed in customer app and I believe manager that sat and talked for a hour on a 20 min quick trim, but the hairstylist that did cut my hair she was amazing fast and polite.

The online check in is great it’s a busy store so the best bet is to get checked in that way. The girls who work there are very kind and make you feel like 100 bucks when you leave. They remember you after a few cuts what also is very kind considering they cut so many peoples hair. This store is amazing and I will be coming back for all my hair cuts and will be recommending them to everyone!

Clearly explained how i wanted the cut to be with 3 simple direction. Unfortunately haircut was super awful. This wasn’t the 1st time either same exact haircut shaving high up and a trim of the top not how i wanted. She cut in hastily manner which is unacceptable and ruin people’s hair.

Best bang for the buck haircut I can find in Herriman. GOAT haircuts is also decent but they are always booked a week or two out, but Sport Clips doesn’t do booking so you can always find same-day availability (use the app to check-in from home, and then show up just before your cut so no wasted wait time.)
