I just went to Sport Clips on Riverside for the very first time after cutting my own hair for nearly 10 years. My stylist was Holly and she made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She provided me with excellent service and great conversation! I’ve always been picky about the way my hair is cut, that’s why I’ve always done it myself but Holly got it perfect on the first try! I will be a regular at this location from now on and hope Holly will be available every time!! Exceptional service, perfect cut and awesome first time experience!! Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in with 5 group home kids needing haircuts as soon as we walked in the lady was staring us down with a mad look on her face and asked with a attitude “did you even check in online” I replied no she then turn around with a nonchalant attitude “sign in on the kiosk you gonna have to wait 45 min”. The boys all looked at me with a uncomfortable look on there face. I told my boys let’s go to the one on Zebulon and they all gladly hopped up and walked out. I love the haircuts my sons have received here. I think that’s because they specialize in cuts for men/boys. If you use the app to check in you can save wait time which I really like. I haven’t been disappointed once by the cuts provided.
