Brought my son in, and checked in at 9:00 when they opened and sat down. About 15 minutes went by and his name still wasn’t on the screen but several others started popping through from online check ins. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying. I tried to check in again on their tablet and same thing, it didn’t pop up. I had to download the app and check in on that before his name would come up. Finally got called and as soon as we were in the chair, we were told someone who was ahead of us just walked in and we needed to go back to the waiting area. This is when I said something about the check in issues, and the elderly woman who was going to cut his hair got very rude. The other person who came in told her to cut my sons hair first because he was already in the chair and she got even more rude with us so I offered to leave. She cut me off and told me to stay that she would do it. She then continued to talk about me to my son, who is 8, and her co workers the entire time she cut my sons hair. And his hair looks horrible.

They keep changing their hours and what days they’re closed. I’ve been there on 2 separate days of the week where they were previously open only to show up and they’re closed. I purposely didn’t go earlier this week because the last time I went they were closed on those days and I go to check in today only to find out they are now open on those days and closed the day I was trying to go which was normally open previously. So I suppose it’s time to find a place with more consistency.

Horrible they rush … my hair was a simple fade and my head was butchered….I had to come in and get someone else to refade my hair and still isn’t even… long hairs around the backs of my ears…I’ll never come here again now I have to go home and fix it my self…u can see the fade wasnt faded correctly …I included photos of the second try and isn’t even..the second lady tried to fix it but I was embarrassed…I still gave them tips…but I will never go there again. If u want a proper fade… don’t go here.
