I am truly a mess prior to a haircut, anticipating whether or not I will look worse when I exit the building vs better. Amy did an absolute thorough, yet detailed cut that not only partnered my explanation with her skill, she reeled me back in as she clearly has dealt with so many different people, she understood that my needs where for her to pamper me, yet take charge as a profession needs to. I would recommend this location highly! Get Amy if you can….but she was working hard answering phones and dealing with Management type roles while also cutting my hair. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall experience here. My bf came here for a beard trim and I waited with him (the seats were very comfortable in the waiting area and they have a tv). Not only did they take him back quicker than the estimated wait time, but they really took their time getting the edges and the length stylized and “just right”! For “just” a beard trim, it took his gal about 15 minutes. I keep teasing him because they put his own beard trims to shame–I don’t think I’ve ever seen it so even! He is going to come back here again, at my request 😉

I wish i could give a lower review. When i walked in everything was fine until i got my haircut. I had showed my barber “Mikalya” or some name like that exactly what i wanted. I had even shown a picture of what i wanted. I stated i did not want it short. She did not listen and did not even come close. I am very mad at great clips right now i hope she loses her job and who ever reads this has a bad day and steps in a puddle and gets their sock wet. I will no longer be attending that great clips and i wish i could give a review lower then 1 star

This is just a joke of a shop. I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times they have changed their hours and closed early. Online says they close at 8 I walk in. 645 and say sorry we close at 7 today.
