Drove an hour to get a haircut from a specific stylist. Even called 1/2 way there trying to make an appointment but was told no by a rude employee. After arriving i was told the re scheduled her for an hour later because they were slow. Why wouldn’t they have mentioned this when I called? I’ve been coming here for 7 years even when I moved out of the area. Well you lost a customer for good! It’s 2023 maybe get with the program and allow reservations!

My little guy badly needed a haircut. He’s 3 and not extremely fond of the process. I went to take him to the typical chains and the wait was too long to keep his attention so we went to go get food instead. I popped my head into the sport clips that was next door to where we were eating to see if they would do a kids cut. I wasn’t expecting the answer to be yes. Nicole rocked my little guys haircut. Not only did she take us right in, she was quick and able to make my boy feel comfortable. I know kids cuts aren’t the easiest or the most enjoyable to do, so I was really happy with how nice she was and how well it turned out. Great place great staff.

I went here to take advantage of the Veterans Day free haircut offer and was greeted by Nikkey, who did my haircut. She looked at the picture I was basing my style on, suggested a slight modification to give me the look I was going for, and did an excellent job. I told her she was hired to be my stylist. Finally, after 2 years and giving 3 other places a chance, I found what I was looking for.
