I went here for the first time as my mother brings my little brother’s and dad and they love it they however go to the Saratoga location(I guess that was my mistake) I had the worst experience my girlfriend and I both told the girl I wanted the sides and back cleaned up and only an inch off the top(I had like 7inches or better) She even asked again only an Inch and I said yes ONLY an inch well before I knew it she surpassed that and I was left with maybe two inches of hair left, then I went home and showered and realized my hair is uneven and she somehow gave me razor burn on the back of my neck. I didn’t say anything to her because she clearly didn’t care to listen to what I wanted so I doubt she would have listened to my complaint and at that point my hair was already messed up and way shorter than I wanted, will not go here again very disappointed
