Went up with my son before we went back to NY for my dad’s ceremony of life. Lady cut my kids hair much shorter than requested. Not only that, she did this disaster in the front. My wife and I were furious she would hide that. It’s been several weeks now . I wasn’t going to say anything because hair grows back but I’m reminded of it every day. Mistakes happen but hiding it then accepting payment and tip is a slap in the face.

My stylist was Erin and she not only cut my hair exactly the way that I asked her to but she did what normally takes 30 minutes in less than 15 minutes and managed to shampoo it as well. I really appreciate her friendly and professional disposition. I left her a modest tip because I believe she does really good work.

It started off with cutting my hair and then a warm shampoo and head / leg massage. The warm towel on the face was a really nice and relaxing. It ended with a lite shoulder massage.
