Put my name on the wait list, the wait was 63 minutes. I left, came back in 30 minutes, the wait was still 62 minutes. I left again, didn’t want to mess with it anymore, but I did call. When someone finally did answer all she could say was there was still people ahead of me. What’s the point? Did no one get cut while I was gone? Frustrating!

My husband just got his hair cut there and an older woman cut his hair, so I don’t recommend going to her. 1. She gave him a high and tight when he asked for a medium fade. 2. She cut too much off the top and cut / thinned out unevenly. 3. The back of his head honestly looks ridiculous, it’s not faded correctly and looks like there’s a squiggly line going around his head.

I got a haircut from Katerina Martin the other day and she was absolutely the most friendliest hairdresser that I’ve experienced. I wasn’t sure what kind of haircut I wanted and she helped me decide what would look best on me! I decided to get the MVP package and she made it an amazing experience I highly suggest it if your shoulders are getting a little stiff! Overall I cannot recommend Katerina more! Book with her ASAP! She’ll treat you good!

It’s not bad, but I find it steep. I also do not understand why One of the stylists charged with the MVP a couple of times in previous visits when that was not the service I requested. In all fairness, I shouldn’t have said something, but I don’t feel comfortable confronting them.

I’ve has several negative experiences here to include bad cuts, but today takes the cake, hands down. I made an “appointment” only to show up and be told my name wasn’t on the list and they were booked for the night. The staff did nothing to rectify the issue other than walk away while offering an insincere apology. No attempt to figure it out whatsoever. I normally love sports clips but this location disappointed me. I highly recommend the sports clips in fountain. Very professional staff and very deserving of big tips for how much they care. Very sad to see a lack of staff like that in the Pueblo location.
