I have always loved going to Sports Clips, but they are notorious for making me wait 30+ minutes anytime I go in. Even when using the app and following the updates, it seems like signing in on the app accomplishes nothing. Seems like the only check in that means anything is when you check in at the store. If I am going to leave work mid day to get a haircut, having the times be correct and respected is expected. Still love the haircuts, just wish one of these times they would treat the online booking the way that they advertise.

I previously had mixed feelings about Sports clips after two visits to the Orem location, but I thought that maybe third time would be the charm, and I’m so glad that I did! I love the Provo location, they got me In fast and I had an awesome experience. I didn’t feel pressured or upsold at all and my stylist Ahnika did an amazing job! I’ve already gotten multiple compliments on my fade, and I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Way too fast paced. They don’t take their time. I didn’t get a hairdryer on the back of my for all the loose hairs let alone a wet towel. The mobile kiosk is a ripoff with the preset tips. $3.30 is a 15% tip but the lowest preset is $6! Ripoff. If I ever go back I will choose the other option and select $3-4. The service is terrible, gossip in the air, and not treated well.

Not a great place if you have long hair. I was very adamant when I said I don’t want layers. End of the haircut she has her scissors vertical chopping the back of my head. I say what are you doing? Giving you texture. I have very thick hair and in no way need a texture.

I used to cut my hair with Ashton since they opened this new branch here in Provo. She always did a good job. No complains. But yesterday she wasn’t there and I can’t reschedule for next day. So I decided to cut with the person available at the moment. Simply the WORST haircut I ever had by a “professional”. I don’t want to expose the person’s name but I really hope that Sport Clips can be a little more demanding in their staff selection. An awful experience, unfortunately.
