Great customer service, the only complaint that I have is that the instructions for the barber on how I wanted my haircut was not followed. The last 2 times this has happened. I asked for a hard part to help with styling my hair for my job as a business professional and both occasions it was completely ignored. The first time the lady forgot. Today’s visit the “Manager” decided that he was going to set a timer while cutting my hair after I had given him the request for my haircut. He cut it right, up until he wanted to show off for the other barber on his time it took to cut my hair, unfortunately you forgot the hard part I asked for. the irony of it all, we had a discussion while I was seated about repeat customers based on good service and quality. I’m afraid you come up short here on this occasion. I guess I’m going to have to consider taking my business on down the road because here lately not only this location, but several others only want to do subpar services for very overpriced cuts. I paid way less while in the Army for a much better-quality cut. And I didn’t have to worry about my haircut being used as an example for a race against time for bragging rights with your co-workers in the shop. I will not be returning, unfortunately.

Came here as a last option since it was closest to me and I was out of town. Despite the uneven cut and sheared I let it go. But a few days later I started noticing painful and itchy lower hair area scalp. When I came back to my barber he said Where did I go cut my hair, that I had BARBERS RASH! Need treatment for that now for 7-10 days and he had to sterilize his machines after cutting my hair. Never again will I cut my hair a this place.

I booked the appointment in advanced, and finally arrived 5 mins before. All happy to get my turn next. And then the lady pushed me down a slot (by 30 mins) and invited the next person in.
