I checked in online and only had to wait a couple minutes to get my haircut. The lady that cut my hair was very professional and friendly. She cut my hair the way I like it and done a good very good haircut. The atmosphere was very good and everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and I have recommended it to several people.

The pricing on the other hand is a bit on the high side. If you go the locker room at is $20 for a hair cut. Hot towel and a scalp massage. Plus a drink or choice.

Checked in online. Drove to the shop. Saw my sons name on the board and waited to be helped by someone. Stood there for 5 minutes, my appointment was auto canceled. After being a 6’5” invisible guy I left. I quit getting my hair cut here, but wanted to give them another shot for my sons haircut since it’s closer. I’ll drive 20 minutes out of my way to not go here.

Walked in at 6:30pm they close at 7 there was no one in the salon except 2 stylist and was told they were booked out. Apparently their last customer was in line at Jimmy Johns and would be there soon. We were there now for a trim up for my 7 yr old and we were turned away for someone who may or may not show up. Disappointed in the customer service. I just moved into the area and have used other sports clips for years. So I will be driving 20 minutes out of my way to go to our old place now.
