I called a Saturday within an hour of closing, a nice voice very politely told me to make an appointment for the next day. I walked in on Sunday afternoon. Signed in and within 30 minutes I was out. I’m satisfied with the haircut and more so with the efficiency that was done. Will be back.

I booked an appointment online wait time was 45 mins. The app allowed me to make this appointment. When I arrived with my son the hair dresser turned us away and said sorry we are booked out for the day. She did not care that we had an appointment time. Not sure how you are suppose to make an appointment when it doesn’t give exact times. Never again Super cuts.

My son, an African American male came to this shop at 1:35 on Sunday, May 22, 2022 to get a tape, get front hairline shaped up and get his sides trimmed down. There were 3 females working. He was told by the older white female that she was sure that her clippers could not cut his hair. He explained to her that he has had the exact same services performed there several times. She rudely said no, I’m just not going to do it. This was disappointing because he has been to this establishment before and there was never an issue. If you all have decided to weed out customers through discriminatory practices, then put it in your website and on the front of your establishment. That way, unsuspecting customers won’t set themselves up to be humiliated!

I went for a haircut back in October for a job interview the following day. The haircut was not done right. The stylest talked at length before starting. This included a digression regarding the contents of her phone. She wasted time wetting and drying my hair. The end result needed fixing. It was a waste of time and money. Got my haircut Christmas Eve and thought everything was fine until my daughter took a picture of the back of my hair. Usually get it block cut on the bottom and the lady that cut my hair made it round or I should say kinda oval. The curve is way off from symmetrical and goes way higher on one side.
