Awful experience! It texted me that my stylist was ready. I came to there, and found the stylist was still having another customer. I waited there for 15 mins, then a late customer came in (late for 20 mins), then the receptionist just put that customer in the first pick. When I tried to argued it with the receptionist, she chose to ignore me. Would never recommend this place to my friends ! ! !

I hate to give this place a 1 star rating but last week I went in and got a haircut from Jess and felt it was one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. I’ve been a dedicated customer of Sport Clips and have never been rushed until this experience. I was in the chair for less than 5 minutes I think (first time not getting the mvp) wasn’t going to with that kind of service. I had to go home and take my beard trimmers

Iv lived in columbus for two years now after having the same person cut my hair for me back home my entire life. I had yet to find someone who did a awesome job so I usually just bounce around accepting average haircuts (one time having to make the 2 hour drive home to get my hair fixed), until I came to the polaris sports clips and ran into Nicole. From the beginning she was super confident and I could tell before we even began that she was gonna do a great job. I have longer hair for a guy so sometimes I look funny after a haircut because something wasn’t done right but I could tell she was almost having fun with cutting it and seeing how good she could make it look, which I appreciated more than I think I told her. Iv got like 5 compliments from friends on my hair and my girlfriend went on and on about how much she liked it. She was fun to talk to and even went on to say everyone at that location is just as good as she is ( I’m sure she’s right but I’ll be coming back to her ).
