Started going here recently after coworkers told me where they went for their haircut. This was more than I expected. Very professional. I have gone 3 times now and have had two different stylists. I do a fade and I was very pleased on all my cuts. Been going to two different barbers, one local in Plaistow and one when I am staying at our familys vacation home in RI. The Sports Clips shampoo massage and hot towel with the haircut is a great service for the price.

First time here. Was a walk-in. Had to sign in (could have reserved my spot online). Got called before I could sit down (perfect). I asked for a trim, nothing specific. Stylist was nice and respectful. Haircut took about 15 minutes. Haircut came out great with little guidance. Will comeback.

I looked at them online and found it disappointing. I have no idea how they do because they tell you nothing; are their stylists fresh out of school? Their big thing is online check in and this silly notion “men don’t like to wait”. Perhaps that’s true of most men, but what of men who are not “most men”? I could cut hair on most men and they’d never know the difference. Your appearance shouldn’t be treated like an after thought or no thought. I put a bowl of anything down for my German Shepherd and she gobbles it up; the cat is a little more discerning. I have no idea how they do but if they’re like most places you’re lucky to find one star who looks at your hair and gets it.

Always checking with the customer if ok. Great job @ that. But younger kids/even teens sometimes say the cut is ok until you get in the car…then the back clippers hurt my neck, the top is too long…not the stylists fault…just aggravating. Wish ard kids would know how to explain so we don’t have to return trip for barber to fix. Then i feel like I have to tip again. Etc

Friendly and talented staff. It loses a star because over the last couple of visits they don’t ask about the MVP and just give a regular cut. I could very easily request it from the beginning, so I can’t be too aggravated just a nice reminder when the hair dresser brings it up.
