Went to the Plainfield store location on 12/29/22 and my haircut was at 5:15 pm. I don’t remember the person’s name off the top of my head but I had a bad haircut. I asked for a taper to the skin. She did what I asked but it was a very sloppy job and I caught the 3 mistakes when I got home. I knew something was wrong when the stylist didn’t show me the back of my head. The first thing I noticed when I got home was where my hair line on both sides of my head above my ears was complete off set and not lined up. The second thing I noticed is that the stylist lowered my beard line on the right side of my face and not my left so it was also off balance. The third thing I noticed was it looked like on the back of my head that she put a hat on my head and anything showing below that line was just cut off. Above that line, nothing was fade and it looked very weird. It makes me more upset because I sat in her chair for 30 mins and tipped $8 for this disappointing haircut. I’ll be leaving the same review when I get the email asking for feedback. If anyone knows a great local barber please let me know.

First off, I’ve had my fair share of bad cuts when trying out a new stylist, to the point that I neglect my hair for months at a time in fear of another hack job. Today I was pleasantly surprised and dually impressed. I couldn’t recommend Naomi enough. The experience I had today will not only have me returning to take part in her sheer masterworks, but I will from now onward speak and praise her abilities. 10/10 thanks Naomi!

I always have a great experience. I typically go with the first available stylist, so I get a different person almost every cut. They are attentive to the notes in my file and make sure I am satisfied before I walk out the door.. The stylists are all very talented and professional and do a great job.
