I know it’s probably not the top of everyone’s list, but when it came time to take my 3 year old in for his first haircut, this is where we came. I had great experiences myself so I figured I’d try.. I got to sit with him and take pictures while the crew kept him smiling and loving the experience.. not only do I get my hair cut here but now my son’s. Experience is going to be with the stylist and not from the brand, but I can recommend Lacy to anyone young or old.

My son loves Sports Clips in general… We’ve been here two times now. The 1st stylist was visiting this location and she was amazing! I was less participant in the second visit, but I thought they had everything under control. Lol. Almost… He still had to direct her some despite the info being in the computer from the 1st visit. We’ll go back, but if his haircut doesn’t look better next time, we’ll find a different location.

I decided to check in online. I did not request a hairstylist I selected first available. When I arrived in store I had 10 minutes left on my wait and was #2 on the list. #3 on the list had Renita requested as a hairstylist and had 35 min wait left. Renita decided to skip over me and go straight to the guest that requested her. And my wait time went from five minutes to 20 minutes. I asked The hairstylist what happened and they all played dumb.
