This was my first time here and I was told you get your hair washed for free the first visit. That is not accurate. I was told it would cost $5 extra although I did see something pop up on the register when I was checking out that it was included but I didn’t get it. Also, the woman who cut my hair didn’t trim my sideburns or my neck. I had to go home and finish the job in several places. I picked this location because of the high reviews but they don’t seem accurate. I did see the guy that someone mentioned cutting someone’s hair and it looked bad too. It all seemed rushed.

And he proceeded to give him a high “fade” (that’s in quotes because because it’s barely a fade) and took about 5 inches of hair. Do not get your haircut by the guy there. I wrote a 1-star review after my first experience with Sports Clips at this location. The reason is that the on-line check-in was completely inaccurate and I ended up waiting too long, was on my lunch break from work, and couldn’t wait any longer and ended up not getting a hair cut. I have been back twice since then and everything has been fine, so I’m switching my review to a 3-Star. It would be a 5-star if it weren’t for my first time visit.

Victoria is an outstanding barber and a very cheerful person! She remembers my haircut from memory even though I visit once a month. I’ve been coming to the shop since its opening and have always requested a haircut from Victoria. She does an amazing job, and exhibits professionalism in every haircut. I only cut my hair for my drill weekend, so she’s aware of military haircut regulations as well. I highly recommend visiting the barbershop, and Victoria if you’re new, but don’t steal my regular spot.

From the moment I walked in the door (‘Hi, welcome to Sports Clips!’) and signed in, I knew I was in good hands. In less than 2 minutes I was in the barber chair (did not call ahead) and greeting the friendly, knowledgeable and ‘just-right-chatty’ stylist. She recommended a great cut for my overdue shabby and I left looking and feeling like a champ – sorry guys, no before and after shots. Incidentally, the stylist was also the Manager. Anyway, a return trip will be in my future Thanks for taking good care of me and best wishes in your new location!

From the moment I entered the door till I left Sports clips they made me feel welcome. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I was offered several options including the MVP treatment. After hearing what that included I was all in !! From a hair cut to a vibrating chair with my feet up while they washed my hair to a facial rub with green some thing shampoo to a back vibrating tool they use. WOW just outstanding.
