Took a client that logged in after me, before me. Wait time was supposed to be 22 minutes, was there 40 minutes waiting. I sat there. When they took the other person, I left and went to Great Clips. In and out quick. Only two stylist at sport clips. Five at Great Clips. One stylist had to go get the other stylist from a smoke break to help a customer. Unprofessional.

Would rate a 0 if possible. Husband has been a customer since they opened… at least until today. Waited an hour for a cut to have an employee take another customer that was in line after him… because his cut would ‘ take less time’. NOT FAIR! His name had a wait time after ours. Won’t be returning.

My son, who has autism, recently got his haircut and was being difficult. Stylist Betsy did an amazing job!! She was so nice and patient with him she even got on the floor with him to cut his hair! Worst hair cut I’ve ever received! Don’t go to Hope! I asked for a high fade and apparently that means buzz cut. She damn near tried to scalp me with the shaver. I ended up with each side being a different level uneven spots on the top back even after I pointed those things out.
