5 stars for Kasey!! The cut and MVP experience is always great, but she did an especially great job today! But only 2 stars for the app / on-line check-in and hair cut lineup board. Not sure what is going on there. Checked in on the app, had a 2 hour wait, which is fine. So eventually as the clock started going down, I started on my way there, only to see my wait time go up, then back down… and then back up a 2nd or 3rd time. The app wait time was all over the place. When I got there and checked in in-person, it was a 30 minute wait, which is longer than I like. Kasey MVP treatment was still worth the wait.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. She spent 10 min for a full haircut. No neck shave, left hair trimmings all over me, and I had to touch up multiple spots on the sides and back that were just completely missed with the clippers. The only reason for two stars instead of one is that the got me in quickly.

The online check-in process was good. I arrived when it said about a 10 minute wait. Actually only waited less than 5 minutes. Sarah was great and did a fantastic job! The conversation while i was there was great too! I was in and out quick and was still laughing when I left. Definitely return and its nice that the location is so close to home!

I checked in an hour ahead of time and arrived at the ‘recommended’ time on the app with “first available” selected. When my wait time said 0, someone else was called. I reloaded and it still said 0 after a few mins. A “””stylist””” walked up to the register, typed something, and lazily walked out the door. My wait time jumped to 16 minutes. When I asked a stylist who came up to check someone else in what happend, she said “I don’t know” and went to the back.

When I got my hair cut I told the lady cutting it to keep it long and just thin out, she continued to not say a single word to me the entire time. And still cut the top I said to leave. The hair cut did not come out how I liked and I still payed a small fortune to get my hair barley trimmed.

Got a good haircut. Only use this place when I can’t make it somewhere else, really don’t like being asked to provide a bunch of personal information just to get a haircut. I should be able to just walk in and get a spot in line without having to provide full name, phone number, email address, etc….. It’s a haircut….not the DMV.

I was told my stylist (whom was recommended by one of her clients) was cleaning her station and to have a seat.
