I have been a customer here for years and Anna is a remarkable stylist. I am unfortunately moving on because this business process doesn’t work for me anymore. I can’t schedule a predictable haircut time. Online scheduling wait times are not accurate and I can’t afford to sit and wait 40 minutes to be seen. One suggestion is maybe consider charging a premium for picking your stylist and same-day time slot selection. If demand is too high for a particular stylist the cost needs to go up.

Jessica was fantastic. She helped my son get his haircut trimmed up so that he can continue to grow it out since it was cut too short last time. Every time I take my sons to get their haircut, everyone is so accommodating and professional. The best part though is I get a complimentary Dr. Pepper while I wait! This location is bar none the best Sport Clips we’ve been to, and we’ve been to one in Goodyear, AZ off of Yuma St, and another one in Scottsdale by Shea and Scottsdale Rd. I bring my 9 year old son to get his hair cut here. They are hospitable and it is the one place he looks forward to getting his hair done. He always gets the MVP cut, because he loves the wash, cut, massage and then even the Sprite he gets when he’s done. I always leave feeling that they pampered him and gave him a great cut. The bonus is that you can go for a free neck trim after a few weeks. I also like the online check-in system. Easy to use and accurate wait times.
