I’m very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I had long hair that took nearly a year to grow out. I went there to get a shortened trim and ended up leaving with a damn high faded haircut. I specifically asked the young lady to taper the sides and trim the top. I even showed her a YouTube video and photos of the style of the cut. After 8-9 minutes of discussing the hairstyle I was going for, she said she perfectly understood. Well, turned out she did not understood the assignment and ended up giving me the total opposite of what I wanted. Her supervisor had to step in and tried to fix the mess, but only made it worst. I had a bad feeling about it and could tell the young lady was under qualified. I will not go back there again.

It’s okay.. only issue is why would there only be two options for tips.. seven or ten dollars…really! Besides the high pricey haircut, the online check in is dishonest. We still had to wait twenty mins to be seen. I think ill just stick to our usual barber. Wasn’t impress to say this what the best place ever, or even the young woman that was cutting my son’s hair. Kindness goes a long way.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had scheduled an appointment and they were very rude and i could tell the lady had bad intentions with my hair and i told her to give me a fade but she left me with a bowl cut an hour before I had work. I told her to leave my hair as is because I knew she would only make it worse and paid 15$ for the worst hair cut of my life. Terrible service, 3/11/22 arrived at 6:47 pm and the doors were locked an employee approach the door and said they were already closed even though the door sighs has 7:00 pm as closing time. No manager in charge and refused the service. It seemed like they had been pre closing because all waiting seats were against the wall. You could tell at least two other employees were closing their station.
