My family member walked in at a certain time, signed in and was told it would be 30 mins. After 30 mins the check in system kept changing on a screen, and they took other people in front of us. We were cancelled. It would have been an hour of waiting. We walked out.

Absolutely shocked that they would sell me a used product after my haircut. $21 tiny vile of product meant for hair stimulation and I opened it and it was completely empty. Clearly a bottle that was used for other customers then pawned off to me. Will never return. Very disgusted

I liked the cut, but hadn’t been in a while and didn’t realize I had to check in at kiosk after getting there, after I had checked in online. I thought someone would ask about me, but I sat there a while and nobody said anything. So people arriving and in line after me were jumped ahead of me. So they may need to make it more obvious for those who aren’t regulars.

I walked in and took the first stylist that was available. Her name is Farrah. She was so pleasant, attentive, and discussed what I wanted for my haircut. She listened to what I said and checked the picture I had of the similar style I wanted several times. She double checked with me before she went ahead on any step of the cut. She did everything just right and EXACTLY how I had requested. She took her time, & did an AMAZING job on my haircut. I could not be any happier! I have spent more than double the cost on a haircut at a “fancy” salon and walked out disappointed in the results. FARRAH, THANK YOU for being amazing and making me so happy today. The check in process doesn’t work ! No other issues just checked in it said 10 mins then on the way it updated to five as I walked in I got a notification I’m on deck and the girl I chose took the person in front of me back for a cut . There goes my lunch hour Haircut
