I took my two grandsons to get hair cuts. On Saturday 08/27/2022. The woman who got my 5 year old grandson didn’t know how to do the haircut he wanted. But she took him anyway. Then I found out she was in training and someone else had to explain to her how to do the haircut. He was getting a little kid Mohawk. This woman gave my grandson the worst haircut. The lines from the front were not even close to even. She also chopped on his hair for over an hour and a half. A 5 year old for 1.5 hrs. She also left razor burns and cuts all over his neck and at no time did anyone in the shop say ok enough let me help you. Her trainer never felt she should step in and take over. I watched him cry because she was hurting him and listened to him complain for two days after about his neck hurting because she was pushing down so hard on the top of his head. It was absolutely ridiculous that they did this to a child!!! They literally physically hurt him .
