Yet again epic fail! We are done coming here. Every time there is an issue and this was the final straw. My son has the worst cut EVER and right before school starts back. Totally cut out the sideburns and the front is crooked. He has a cow lick and and good hairdresser knows you DO NOT EVER cut into a cow lick. My mother is a hairdresser in another state and is how I know this. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

Always great service at this location. Remember to ALWAYS check in online.-If wait times are more than 50 minutes, arrive 10 minutes after your specified time to minimize waiting. This location gets a lot of customers so a long wait is expected most of the time, but it is worth it!

Used them for years in another state. Tried them here and had to have my granddaughter fix my back and side cut. I even had to use some haircut scissors to cut some of the sides. I am a senior and used to pay $21 for the triple play – plus a tip and now it cost me $30 without the triple play option and before the tip. Going to ask my granddaughter if she will do future haircuts.

Took my grandson in for a haircut ,first thing they asked ” did you check in on line ?” I said no , but will gladly do so if that’s a requirement, in which the lady said No. I’ll check you in here . She seemed a little aggravated, but I just assumed it’s because they were kind of busy . We got checked in , to which she said it would be about 57 min . No problem. We went and did some shopping and came back. As we walked in the door , we got.the 15 min notification that we would be next . We were on time ,btw. We came in, sat down , and these other people came in ,like 4 ppl , in which they took in ahead of us . I thought well , we did get the “15 inI’m next ” text so we will just be polite and wait. We waited the 15 after the hour she promised us , then another 20 min. During this wait 6 people went ahead of us and one hair stylist went on break. I was not happy ! I won’t be back. If it was gonna be an hour and a half , pls tell me up front and not make me wait another 30 min.

This is the second time I have had an issue with the check in process. I use the online check in, arrive at the store on time and check in at the front desk only to be bypassed. I confronted the worker about it and she just asked that I wait a bit longer.
