I was treated very kindly and given some premium benefits because it was my first visit. Since many haircut businesses have closed due to COVID it is good to know that a place like this exists. Generally a great experience as far as getting my hair cut. Never seems to be enough people cutting hair though. Commonly wait for over 45 min and as long as just under two hours. Unless you have an appointment you can expect to be ignored unless you happen to be the only person in the lobby waiting. Would be nice if they actually staffed enough people to handle peak hours.

I’ve been here a few times and there has only been a handful of times that I’ve actually walked out with a great looking haircut. Their stylists never seem to know what a medium or low fade is, so I end up with an extremely high fade and a disappointing haircut. For the price of an $18 haircut, I can get two better looking haircuts somewhere else in Oxnard. I did enjoy the steam towel and massage, but it’s not worth the extra $6 since you end up paying $24 plus tip for a mediocre haircut. The location is clean and has a great decor, though, so if you do decide to come here, I suggest you ask for Jean since she was the only one that would give me a good looking haircut.
