I love this place this is my #1 choice to get my haircut. Everybody is so nice and friendly but however the manager is so obnoxious and rude. She is rude to her customers and her employees. I won’t ever let her cut my hair or talk to me the way she does to her customers or employees. If she ever talked to me that way Id get up and walk out or get somebody else to cut my hair. She also thinks it’s fine and funny to tell her employees to not do something but yet she turns around and does the same thing. As a customer I find that very rude to her employees and to the company.

This is the worst haircut I have ever had, I showed Ms.Gwen a picture that clearly shows how I wanted it cut( a low burst taper) and I even said to keep the hair kind of long in places that she cut it down to the skin, she messed my hair up so bad I can’t even get it fixed till it grows out, it is so un even, the fade isn’t even blended all the way, I will never go back and get a haircut from sports clips again! Beware!! Worst haircut ever, I asked to cut the straggler hairs on my head to please don’t touch my beard because you don’t use a straight razor. Allis the barber did a good job on the hair on my head and insisted she can cut the stragglers on my bread also and not change the shape of my beard and fallow the lines I have from the barber that used the straight razor. Allis lowered my bread line on one cheek so far I had to stop the hair cut, Allis job was so bad she didn’t even want to charge me. If you want a quality haircut DO NOT GO TO SPORTS CLIPS, especially Barber Allis. When I called a spoke to the manager Tatiauanna she told me people make mistakes and was on the barbers side. My beard was lowered one inch off the top and bottom, I had a full beard when I walked in, and left with a chin strap beard. It’s my birthday weekend and I been growing my beard for months. Do not go to sports clips for your birthday cut, nightmare!!
