Horrible; this is the worst experience we have ever had. We have been going here for a while to get my son’s hair cut. The women there have always been great with my son and talking to him throughout the haircut. They are gentle and calming. This time we got the guy, whose name I did not catch. We went for a haircut around 3:30pm today. As soon as my son’s name was called this man seemed to have a bad attitude. My son was saying owe as he was shaving the back of his head. My son kept moving because he said it hurt. The man ended up cutting his ear. While I was trying to calm my son down he was rolling his eyes and huffing. We still had to pay for this unfinished haircut because my son was too scared to continue. I was too mad to say anything and just wanted to leave.

The ladies who cut my hair get it done great every time. The guy with a kiss tattoo was horrible. He dug the clippers into my skin, acted like he hated having to cut my hair, cut it too short and not at all how the ladies usually do. I have black hairs all over my neck, I guess he doesn’t clean out his clippers between clients. I’ve been coming here for months and months, this is the first time I was disappointed.

I have always had a great haircut experience here and at any sport clips location throughout the country. My only criticism is the lack of available stylists sometimes which causes the wait times to be an hour or more. Having the ability to check in on the app in advance helps. But I know a lot of people still don’t know they can do that. It never fails, every time I go in, there is either an irritated guy that didn’t check in online who’s been waiting for an hour or people are coming in and leaving because of the long wait. I think that system could definitely be improved. I’ll keep checking in early but I really think business could be streamlined by either creating appointments or increasing the amount of stylists during peak times.

Horrible wait times that post inaccurately. Signed in, showed up 45 minutes later at suggested time. Waited another 40 minutes where it said on deck the entire time and others kept coming in ahead of us as we sat there. Wasted 1.5 hours waiting and never not cuts. Left out of frustration. Paid $22 for literally the worst trim, haircut of my life. Everybody pointed out how uneven my hair was, I didn’t even notice until others pointed it out. I’m never the type to write a review but manager wasn’t too friendly to me either. The lady that cut my hair was very sweet though! Haircut

Have used this place on and off for about 2 years now. My son got his very first haircut when he was 2 (turns 4 in August) and they were amazing with him. They were very patient with him being so squirmy. During his grow out periods I came to my local Walmart (Tell City) and they screwed up his hair and I vowed to never go anywhere but Sports Clips again for him. We usually trim him up at home until he gets really bad. We just buzzed his hair this last trip and it looks amazing. He doesn’t even look like the same kid and it’s not growing back as fast which I like. The most recent trip we came as a family (me, both kids and my boyfriend) and me and my boyfriend got our haircut and he got a bear trim. Both stylists were amazing. They convinced me that the haircut I got would look good on me and made me feel at ease for going so short. I’ve included both mine and my son’s before and after pictures.
