App is awful. You try to check in and doesn’t let you. Went to store to find out the person you choose n Ed’s to be in the the store. So why is he on the app with a 30 minute wait. And why doesn’t the app give you a message telling you the rules. This is not the only time. I’ve checked in and waited 30 + minutes past my scheduled time. Ended up with someone who had no idea how to cute Curley hair, or women’s hair at all. Could not get the cut even on both sides and kept getting shorter. When the stylist finally asked for some help; Robin came to my rescue as she saw my anguish on my face and helped out; starting cutting more confidently and fixed the problems. It ended up much shorter than I wanted but looks way better now. From now on will only see Robin, but it will be a few month or more till then.. Just wish, that if someone does not know how to do something that the just admit it and ask for help right away instead of making a customer unhappy as their practice person.

Just wasted 20 minutes of my time! Checked in at the store in Overland park off of Blue Valley parkway, had been seated for about 10min then waited for an additional 10min while the store mgr Linda cleaned up a few boxes of product and I was confirmed as next in line, just to be passed over for some one else. Checked in online. Showed a 23min wait. Showed up at the store 20 min later. Waited for another 45 minutes just to have my “check in” deleted and made to wait for another 3 clients before they could get to me. All of this while the employees were too busy talking about who is doing what, who is going where and socializing. Ruined my schedule for the day and now I will be attending my best friends wedding without my haircut. NEVER go to this store. Too busy catching up on gossip and talking to their regulars to pay attention to the rest of their clients. Would have gave 0 stars but its not an option.
