Not only did I get an excellent haircut (and I’m picky!) and the stylist had a very pleasing personality but the ‘VIP experience’ was the BEST! Loved the hot towel, the great smelling shampoo, the tingly conditioner and, of course, the neck massage was over-the-top wonderful! Price was good too! Will never go anywhere else to get my hair cut!

Stylist and manager at adjacent chair looked miffed when I asked that the previous customers hair be wiped off the chair. When I stood next to the chair while it dried the manager told me, “you can sit, its dry, I see it.” It was clearly not dry and I was not going to dry it with my clothes. Went to another SportsClips down the street and got a great haircut. Beware – not a very clean store.

Make sure to check in online, if you are visiting on the weekends. Else, you might end up waiting for 30-40 mins. I went to this place to get a haircut for our 4 year old. Overall experience was great. Nice clean.place, they have more than 6 hair stylists who are professional and courteous. Paid $15 for the cut and a $5 for the tip. We also registered online for ease of future check-ins. They also gave our little guy a quick 1 minute back massage which he loved. You get free shampooing as well if you are visiting for the first time. Overall a great experience!

Jay made the spot his professionalism, and skill mad my first trip here am amazing experience! He got the skill to help you and the knowledge of people to keep a convo going and make you feel welcome. I definitely want to go back for another cut. Amazing staff and the cut is amazing. I sure if I didn’t like something he would have been more than willing to accommodate me in figuring out what to do to help. Definite spot to get a cut and will be returning for another once my fade disappears.

Scheduled an appt online, arrived and checked in, sat down to wait and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes while others who arrived after me were seen first. Completely disorganized and wasted my morning. Finally asked and they just said ‘ohhh.. Yeah’ despite my name saying on deck for 30 minutes no one spoke to me. Never going here and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
