For once I got exactly what I asked for in a haircut/beard trim and a lot of nice extra touches like a warm towel wrap, scalp massage and shoulder massage. Will definitely be back next time around. I’ve been going there for almost 9 years, the staff is always friendly, and never have a complaint about my haircut or my beard trim, but you really need to work on the reservation app, makes no sense to book online and still wait another 30-45 when I get there. This is not the first time I book online and arrived before my time and comes to find out my appointment got pushed back for another 34 minutes.
