My son ‘C’ has been with Sportsclips in Chattanooga for more than 3 years and his stylist ‘Loren’ is awesome. When she moved to ooltewah location he followed her over there. He doesn’t trust anyone to do his haircut but her since couple other salons really messed his hair so bad . Today was my only chance to get a haircut before my anniversary. I show up 45 minutes before the closing time posted on the door and almost 3 hours prior to the closing time on the website. There were three employees there when I walked in and they said they were closed?? They do good work when they feel like working but don’t count on them in pinch since the hours are whatever they feel like they are.

Probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Tons of long hairs around the ears. Not evenly cut around ears. The “fade” looks more like steps. Glad hair grows back, but extremely annoying to have this sort of result. And for almost $30, let’s just say I won’t be making this mistake again.

I told them it was my first time there and that it was because of the coupon I saw in mint magazine. They proceeded to give me a haircut then told me that they weren’t honoring that particular coupon and made me pay full price for the haircut even though I specified in advance why I was there. They could have easily adjusted the price and accepted the coupon to accommodate a new customer but instead decided to dismiss me as if they didn’t need any new clients.

I do not understand the pricing. The haircut was ok. The service was great. I was in line for a good bit and I hear the customers paying. $21 was the minimum amount I heard, for what it seemed like a regular haircut. It is my turn and I just need a medium fade, nothing on top and no edging/line-up. The barber told me “I am going to give you 50% off since it is nothing on top”. The haircut took about 15 minutes and the haircut is higher than medium fade, no hot towel, no massage, nothing special. The total came out to be $16. I am wondering if a regular haircut is $32 or is she lied about the 50% off.and of course I gave her a $5 dollar tip, because why not. I eneded up paying $21.
