The online check-in system is very flawed. I checked in and arrived 10 minutes early. 20 minutes AFTER my estimated time was passed, the stylists were still chatting away with the same two customers who had been there since I arrived. Fast forward to 40 minutes passed, one stylist is looking for a brush, with no client in the chair, and the other is blow drying some guys hair, after having combed it for nearly 10 minutes, followed by a 12 minute blow dry.

I like this place because the stylist I use REALLY knows how to cut hair. Her customer service is excellent, with the head massage during the shampoo and the massage vibrator afterward. I know, this sounds kind of pornographic, but it’s really all on the up and up. And no, I won’t name my stylist because I want to keep her to myself.

We know Sport Clips is a franchise but this one always treats me right. I am now a regular here and will make time to make it here for a hair cut even if somewhere else is more convenient. I normally ask for Amber (who might actually be the manager) and she always treats me as well. You can’t go wrong with any of the ladies here though. At most of these sort of places they show you product after your haircut and I have found that this is the best time to tip… Unless you are wanting a salon priced bottle of hair goop.

I’m a gender non-conforming woman who has wanted a low fade for a while, but I had no idea of where to go to get this style. I was nervous about going to a place that from the outside, seemed to cater almost exclusively to male people, but when I was getting my haircut Monnie put me right at ease (and even shared that she had a gender non-conforming child)! My hair looks so rad, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Definitely recommend going here and seeing Monnie, if you’re a woman who wants a badass, short haircut!

Terrible service. Been going there a while and it’s on the decline. After checking in online and waiting over 20 minutes past the time they said they would get to me, I had to leave without getting a haircut so I would be late for work. No sense of urgency from the stylists who stand around talking with each other, even when they have a waiting room full of customers. Last time I got a cut there, it was uneven. Don’t go there.

Well. To be fair, my husband didn’t get a haircut. We arrived at about 11:05 a.m. just now, and the door was still locked. He checked in online and was 6th in line but the first one standing at the store. Not knowing how long we’d have to wait for someone to arrive and open the store, we left. Good help is hard to find.
