Today I stopped with my son.This was our first time there and we will never be going back ever again. When we walked in the staff was very rude and short with us. I should of left with my son right then , but we stayed to give it a try. The lady took my son right back for his hair cut . I had told her what we wanted done and went an took a seat. As my son was getting his hair cut the lady dropped the hair dryer on him 2 times , the clippers and than then the comb on the floor at which she picked up with out cleaning and used it on him . There was also a hallway at the back of the room where another staff member was siting on the floor messing with clippers or something. After we left my son just cried cause his hair looked so bad. If I could give this place a 0 star I would .0 out of 10 we will not be back again.

The haircut was fine and the staff were friendly. I checked in through the app that said to be there at 12:44. Still had to wait another hour before finally getting done. If running behind we should be notified so I’m not waiting for an hour after being there on time.

I loved it up til this last cut when our original lady wasn’t there because of a flat tire. The other lady did it and it did not turn out near as nice and the design was out of their hair within 2 days and it usually last at least 2 weeks. Edit: went back again and took my two sons. The lady that did my oldest sons hair caused a welt where she trimmed his edges on his neck and along his ears. I called and they informed me there was nothing they could do to take him to doctors. I am going to do that and then make sure they pay the medical bills plus for the pain and embarrassment my son has to go through. I will not be going back. You need to pick better hair stylist or make sure they have proper training or schooling.

My experience has always been great. The staff is very pleasant and looks after my best interest. Since they re-opened I’ve been back twice. The wearing of a mask is something they highly encourage, seems difficult, but if they can wear one for my protection I guess I can be respectful of them and wear one for their safety while they are cutting my hair

I’ve had great service both times I’ve been there so far. The electronic sign-in is nice and being able to track your estimated wait time on the monitor above the register is nice too. Apparently you can sign in online too, but I wasnt aware of that feature til sitting in the waiting area on my 2nd visit, so I haven’t done it yet.

I would normally give this place a 5 star because Taylor is absolutely wonderful. She’s been my hair stylist for 7 years and naturally I feel comfortable. She’s been other places but sport clips as a whole seems to have perked up her spirit.
