I specifically asked for NO length to be removed from my beard, she proceeded to remove over two inches from it, and was so “out of it” she asked me 5 times in under 5 minutes if I wanted my hair shampoo’d. I have a bad experience at EVERY SPORTS CLIPS IN ST. LOUIS except for Wentzville. It’s annoying but I guess I will just continue driving out there.

This is the 3rd time in a row when the stylist is ready and available via the app, only to arrive and not see the stylist on the floor and wait over 20 mins past the arrival time stated in the app. 10 mins past the scheduled arrival time today and I ask the other stylists where she is, only to find “she is in meetings for another 20 minutes at least” Why is she on the schedule!? This is the last time I waste my time here. The stylists are great, if they could only get organized and think about the client experience when taking meeting during business hours…

Never taken my boys here before but one of them needed a cut so we stopped. Kid is a teenager so we are still working through what kind of style he’s going with. We asked to start with a scissor cut but might need to use trimmers on the side and we were told “well I’m not doing 7 haircuts so you need to decide”. If you needed to charge me additional because it took longer, no problem but absolutely no reason for the snarky remark. The place was empty, no other customers waiting so it’s not like we were hurting other customers. Obviously we won’t be trying them out again.

Staff is friendly an remember you :). Love the hair cut every time an the shampoo an massage is a nice touch. Only thing I wish would be if it was a hand massage not machine. Some times thumbs do what those machines cannot ya know? Overall highly recommend this place 🙂

I have been coming to this location off and on for many years and was satisfied. Yesterday I had one of the most rude stylists I’ve encountered and she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing nor took the time to do a quality cut. She nearly pulled some of my hair out with her shears and left long hairs randomly around different parts of my head to boot. Sorry there are too many other places to get my hair cut and I will no longer be visiting this company.

I walked in at 5:55 pm keep in mind the app said that they closed at 8pm I was not greeted when I entered this location as I am signing in I was asked “If I had checked in online to which I said I had not because there was no wait time on the app” she rudely informed me that they closed at 7 pm and not 8 pm to which I replied that is over an hour from now.
