I have been taking my son to sports clips for about a year now and even recommended to other people. I had a terrible experience yesterday. Their check in system wasn’t not working(online). I called and they were not helpful saying even if I checked my son online this was not an appointment and we may wait up until 2 hours to be seen. I took my chances and drove down checked in and we shopped for a bit. They concluded it would be a 30 minute wait. The stylist that we were assigned clearly did not want to wait on us or cut my son’s hair. She had multiple conversations with other customers who were having their hair cut for over 25 minutes. She was even telling clients how she was well known at several bars etc. I thought this was a family place of business and didn’t realize that it was a place for employees to pick up men. When she finally decided to wait on us she was rude, dismissive and was watching the football game half the time. She never addressed my son or was even interested in cutting his hair. She got annoyed at me several times when I explained to her how we like his hair cut. It was honestly the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a salon. I believe her name is Sherrie. I ask management to train your employees and weed people out like this who conduct themselves in your business. All I wanted was for my son to have a hair cut and for us to be treated with respect.

Got my haircut last week here. I’ve never been to a Sports Clips before and I was actually really impressed. I hadn’t had a haircut in 2+ years due to covid. Krista was the woman who cut my hair and she did a really good job. The app made it easy to know when to show up instead of just waiting for 45minutes and I got to try a new hairstyle. Since it was my first time I got the VIP special for free too. I left feeling really good id highly recommend this place and will be getting my haircut here from now on.

I came here with my son after baseball practice as we were both in need of a haircut. The app showed us that the wait wouldn’t be too long (about 15 minutes) so we checked in online and headed over. When we arrived there was no wait and they were able to cut both of our hair at the same time. They took the time to ensure that we were happy with our haircuts, plus we were able to watch Sportscenter! Great job…totally recommend.

I had gone in asking for 1/4 off the top, and came out with over half of my hair off. Haircut had visible errors after it was finished, forcing me to get it corrected elsewhere. I’ve been going to Sports Clips for the past few years and the only time I have ever been impressed walking out of the building was when I got barely any hair cut off. I can’t make any request that will be followed and it aggravates me. I ask for 1/2 an inch of hair cut off and they cut off 3 inches, it shouldn’t be hard to fulfill such a simple request. It’s embarrassing to go places with a horrible haircut.
