This was mine and my son’s first time coming to a sport clips. Staff was awesome and friendly. However, one did not listen properly to the style my son wanted and cut his hair shorter than he wanted. While as a father, I appreciated her ignoring his preference and cutting it shorter, my son was not amused and I had to hear about for the next couple of days. Just pay attention to the customer request would be my only suggestion in the future.

The stylists name was Amy and she was rude and obviously never cut a child’s hair before, she was raising her voice and when he put his hands up to block like any baby would do…she yanked his hand away. i WILL NOT be going again. Checked in online and and walked in and I had to greet the 3 stylist and all they asked did I check in online which I told them yes…. Than 2 more people came in and checked in …. When it was which I thought was my turn the lady called the other guy… I asked her about being next and she had an attitude with me and said that I didn’t check in…. Which my name was at the top of the list…. So I told me the other guy to go ahead because I’d rather not get my hair done here … I wish we I could put 0 stars

It’s the second time going there but this time it was a lady that was extremely rude and clearly she was new because she did not know what she was doing.! We showed her a picture of how we wanted the haircut and it didn’t look anything like the picture. I just told her that it was to short and she gave the comment that when he was older we can do it the way we wanted and gave an extremely rude facial expression as well as looked me up and down. The other workers there were very kind but that lady was such a disrespectful person! Do not recommend at all

I have a hard time finding someone who can work around my cowlicks and awkward part. I was a walk in but seen right away in a Saturday afternoon. Amy took good care of my short red cut especially considering I’m out of the ordinary. She took her time and listened. I appreciated every bit of it. I’ve never been so happy with a haircut. Checked in online and arrived on time. Once I arrived I was supposed to be on deck for next available stylist. There were 3 girls working and only 1 cutting hair. I was told there would be a few minute wait because the other girls were finishing out paperwork and they would get me soon or the 2 girls coming in within the next 15 mins would. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting and thats when I walked out. If I waited any longer I risked not being home when my kids got off the bus from school. Never going here again.
