This place is slightly hit and miss depending on who you get. My son really enjoyed his haircut maybe for the first time ever. As a first time customer he was given the VIP treatment addition for free. And he has asked for it since.

I have been going to this place from last 2 years since the time I moved to texas. It’s been an average place but I continued. I go here once a month. From my last 2 visits I noticed they don’t pay enough attention to the style you asking for on your hair or show enough interest. Just average not worth for the price they charge. I specifically told I want my hairs in certain way but still she didn’t follow exactly what i told. After shampoo didn’t even care to style it. Just done. It was great dissatisfaction. This was last time. Good bye!

Been coming here for about 3 years, I told the stylist I like my hair combed back yet she kept combing it forward and cutting it forward and just really messed my hair up. Never used scissors just clippers. Now I have a flat top that looks terrible. This hair cut was a rip off I could have done my self. This place is garbage and so are some of the new stylists skills at cutting hair. Save your money and go to a proper stylist if you have any care or concern for your hair, they don’t.

I’ve been coming here for several years, and typically get decent haircuts. This has happened to me twice in a row now at this location: I use the online check-in system, and it is worthless and false advertising. They do not value your time. Or at least mine. I check in online, and I come in at the recommended arrival time. A gentleman walks in stride inside right in front of me. He checks in on the computer at the front. I am already checked in with a reserved “spot” in line. He gets called back first for his haircut and shampoo, while I’m stuck waiting for more than 30 minutes past my reserved arrival time. I ended up leaving this time after 35 minutes when the dude was headed back for his shampoo. Mildred was the hair cutter. She knew I was checked in first online because she confirmed it with me. Then she still proceeded to take the guy who walked in before me. This is rude, it’s bad business practice, it defeats the purpose of the online check in system, and it shows that they don’t value the time of their clients who use their online service. I think they’re scared to tell people who physically walked in the building first that somebody else is getting their haircut first because they checked in online. I recommend finding another place to get your hair cut – that’s what I’m doing today. Or, at the very least, don’t use or rely on their advertised online check in system.

When a Marine comes in and asks you to please cut it shorter, you might want to listen. Had to take him to another place to recut his hair to the proper length. He told them he had just gotten it cut and they felt so bad for his experience at Sports Clips, they didn’t charge him Buzz cut

Extremely upset, there was a miscommunication part that led her to doing exactly what I told her not to do. And then my friend was walking behind me and took this picture and showed me how bad her fade in lines are. Even after explaining all of this and her apologizing I still paid full price with a tip.. I personally feel like that was just bad business.
