Went in for my usual cut today. When it was over I really didn’t look it over because I’ve never had a bad cut from a sports clips. Drove off to get gas and looked in the mirror and apparently the lady decided she wanted to cut part of my mustache off without asking me. I usually let my mustache connect with my beard but she cut all that off. I asked for the beard length to be trimmed down not re designed. It’s just hair so it’ll grow back. But until then I’m stuck rocking this chinstrap mustache goatee look. Not a fan. Please ask before you decide to make changes. Also the fade goes all the way to the top of my head and makes it look like I have a cone head.

Made reservation on their app, wait time was indicated as 29 minutes. I arrived in store and checked in, and sat there more than 30 minutes past the time indicated at the top of their in store queue. Other customers were seated in front of me, and my name NEVER called. I won’t be back, neither will my kids.

Overall very good experience, they are very good with my toddler and my husband loves them as well. They also give good haircuts to women if you like. I would say the only reason it’s not 5 stars is a little inconsistency in how they cut my child’s hair, but overall, they do a splendid job.
