My son and I came in for haircuts. We were charged for the MVP ($30/each) without our consent. When I called back the next day to ask why, I was told that that is the standard charge for a haircut at this location. Neither my son or I got the hot towel, the shampoo, any of it … When asked about a shampoo or hot towel, we both declined. I did the survey and asked for a manager to contact me and have not received a call yet … Buyer beware!!!

I Don’t write review’s unless I have a really good experience or a really terrible experience but my hair was absolutely butchered and the environment there seemed very tense. I would not recommend this branch whatsoever and i will never come back. My stylist who’s name i will not put in this review was not sociable and i felt like i annoyed her by being there. She tried over charging for the MVP without offering the MVP service. I have warned all of my friends and family about coming here! This place needs some training ASAP!!

One of the worse hair cut experience I ever had. I was seated sideways and never got to watch the mirror, she was done with my haircut in 3 minutes. very poor instruction and was irritated when I didnt understand her instructions. never asked if I wanted round vs square back. once of the worst shampoo, she placed very hot towel. water as dripping below by neck after she washed by hair. finished shampoo in max 2 minutes. when I checked my hair after I went home, it was so uneven. I will never go this place again.

Husband and son got haircuts. Son’s was great. Husband had a very rude stylist. Had we realized how rude my husbands stylist would be we would have went elsewhere. Lady grunted and made noises whole time she cut his hair. Manager called back and Said stylist said it was the tennis match on tv…TV…. but football was on TV while we were there not tennis.
