I always use sportsclips for myself, today I brought my 7 year old boy , he had the best time of his life, watching his favorite sports on tv while getting cut, Mrs Kaitlyn made the haircut fun and super kid friendly! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis was the first time I’ve been to a Sports Clips. With the pandemic & all the wait times everywhere were ridiculously long. We went to Sports Clips because the wait time was shortest. Everything went really well. The staff was friendly & once we got to the store my son didn’t have to wait at all to get his hair cut. The stylist we had was named Jennifer & she did an I incredible job. The only complaint I would have is that we didn’t know until we got to the store that we needed masks to enter. It would’ve been better & more efficient if it was noted on the app somewhere when we checked in online or when I got the text telling me it was our time. Brought my son for the first time and it was a wonderful experience! We were greeted right away and only had to wait a short time. The store was clean and had an excellent waiting area. We used a coupon from the super savers and they gave him the royal treatment! He had a wonderful hair stylist who did an excellent job on his hair. She gave us coupons for friends and family and coupons for money off for my son to come back. Very enjoyable experience and a great haircut! We will definitely be back!
